Planet Web Online design processes follow these steps:

i.) Design Consultation:
The client is expected to provide background information on their business, target market and goals. Based on these information, we suggest several creative possibilities for the direction of the site and the best way to reach the target audience and accomplish the client's marketing and sales goals.

ii.) Interface Design:
Planet Web Online will create 3 layout designs for the client to choose from. Once a choice is made, we will produce mock-ups of the home page and one sub-page for the client's input. These will serve as templates to be used for every page on the site.

iii.) Site Content:
The client is also required to provide content for the site ranging from images, logos, banners and literature/articles.
Additional costs will be incurred for content development and logo/banner designs.

iv.) Revision:
After the design of the site layout, navigation system and colour scheme, and the client is not satisfied, we offer a complete redesign at NO EXTRA COST. Subsequent changes will incur additional charges.
